Focused on Walmart’s new smart campus for the global headquarters in Bentonville, AR, I lead workplace experience research for Walmart’s Corporate Real Estate team, delivering actionable insights for operations, product, security, hospitality, and communications teams.

Developed a research process for leveraging AI research tools to expedite research and expand the team’s capacity with a 20x increase in speed of analysis allowing us to conduct qualitative research at scale.

Accessibility User Research for Associate Digital Experience

As a Senior Design Researcher at Walmart Global Tech, I partnered with the design and engineering teams to establish an accessibility user research function for associate-facing technology, which helped inform policy decisions across Walmart and supported their belonging initiatives.

AcreTrader: Continuous Discovery

I established a continuous discovery engine to support product, design, marketing and operations teams by coupling UX and System metrics with qualitative insights from continuous pos surveys, interviews, and a customer advisory board. I uncovered design bottlenecks in the top of funnel site to increase conversion, developed recommendations for portfolio optimization to increase stickiness and repeat investors, and developed a deeper understanding of the key factors of brand trust for investors.

Boston Scientific | Preventice Solutions: Patient Engagement with AI

Developed the product vision, roadmap, and pilot ux research for a solution that improved the Patient Engagement Experience, Improved Clinical and Operational Efficiencies, and Reduced Property Loss.
